Terms of use

Last updated 22 July 2026

These terms are short because the service is simple: free daily maths practice, with no account required. By using MathsDaily you agree to the following.

The service

MathsDaily provides twenty automatically generated maths questions each day, covering Year 7 to A-level, free of charge. We aim for the site to be available and accurate every day, but it is provided as is, without warranties, and may occasionally be unavailable, changed or withdrawn.

Accuracy of content

Questions and answers are generated and checked automatically, and explanations are written with care. Even so, we do not guarantee that every question, answer or explanation is free of error, and the site is a practice aid rather than a substitute for a teacher, a course, or an exam board’s official specification.

If you find a mistake, please report it through the contact page. It genuinely helps every student who comes after you.

Fair use

You are welcome to use MathsDaily for personal study, homework and classroom practice, and teachers may use it freely with their classes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape and republish its content wholesale.

The signing feature is an honour system. Signing a set you did not solve yourself only affects your own progress.

Sharing

The share buttons send messages through third-party platforms using your own accounts and under their terms. You are responsible for what you choose to share and with whom. Students under 13 should use the sharing features only with a parent or carer’s agreement.

Intellectual property

The MathsDaily name, design and code belong to the site’s creator. The mathematics itself, being methods, formulas and facts, belongs to everyone.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MathsDaily accepts no liability for losses arising from use of the site, including reliance on its content for examinations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site develops. The date above indicates the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These terms are written in good faith for a free educational tool. They should be reviewed by a qualified professional before any commercial features are introduced.
